License

This software (the "Software") — the RCB Freight Quote Tool, in source and compiled form — is licensed, not sold, to RCB Awards / Exquisite Images, LLC ("RCB").

Grant

Rogue Agents grants RCB a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and modify the Software for RCB's own internal business purposes, forever.

Restrictions

RCB may not distribute the Software. RCB shall not sell, sublicense, publish, share, or otherwise make the Software — in whole or in part, in source or compiled form, modified or unmodified — available to any third party. Rogue Agents retains ownership of the Software and its source code.

No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROGUE AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.
